We offer standard US & EU sizing!

Please note, our Voes & Co Harlow vegan designer chelsea boots do feature a pointier designer toe and as such if you have extra wide feet you may want to choose a half size up.

If you have extra narrow feet you could probably go a half size down.

If you are unsure and would like support, please contact us orders@voesandcompany.com

For the best results regarding quality and durability for long term use, we recommend you treat your Harlow boots with utmost loving care & attention:

Keep them as dry as possible.

If you are out in the rain or they get wet make sure to dry them immediately with a dry cloth (we recommend zero waste paper towels, a micro fibre towel, or regular paper towel) when you return indoors.

For polishing, you can use a paper towel and a half a teaspoon of coconut oil.

Please do not use any detergents or chemicals as they can  damage the cactus leather.

Brushes are also not recommended, as they are abrasive by nature and can also damage the material.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us customercare@voesandcompany.com

Yes! We absolutely want you to be happy which is why we have a 100% money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Voes & Co boots, please get in touch with us immediately (within 14 days) orders@voesandcompany.com and we will happily provide you with instructions on how to return your boots to us, on us.

The only caveat is that you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the boots within 30 days.

Cactus Leather is super comfortable and breathable; our Voes and Co Harlow vegan designer chelsea boots are ideal for Spring, Summer & Fall.

Depending on where you live and whether you experience heavy rain and snow during fall and winter, you may or may not be able to wear them during these colder months. We recommend avoiding days with heavy rain and avoiding snow all together (especially salted snow).

If your boots do get wet, please dry them immediately with a dry cloth.
